Who we are
Eric Scott AI LLC is the parent company for EXE AI (executive AI consulting) and Fade (camera-first nutrition). Product apps ship under this LLC. You can reach us at ericscott2027@yahoo.com or (816) 337-1586. An organization email is coming; until then the addresses on this site are the ones we monitor.
What this website collects
This site is static HTML, CSS, and a small navigation script. We do not run an account system, newsletter signup, or advertising pixel on these pages. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send (name, company, message content, phone number, email address).
Hosting and DNS providers (for example Cloudflare when this site is deployed on Cloudflare Pages) may process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps as part of delivering the site. Those logs are governed by the host’s own policies in addition to this notice.
How we use contact information
We use email and phone messages to answer support and business questions, schedule conversations about EXE AI consulting, and handle App Store / Google Play organization or product inquiries. We do not sell contact lists.
Consulting engagements
If you engage EXE AI, project-specific confidentiality and data handling are agreed separately (for example in a statement of work or NDA). This website policy does not replace those agreements.
Product apps
Mobile apps published by Eric Scott AI LLC have their own privacy disclosures. For Fade 0.1.0, see privacy-app.html: meal photos and logs stay on device in that version; there is no account and no photo upload to our servers.
Retention
Email and phone correspondence are retained as long as needed to complete the conversation and meet ordinary business or legal record needs, then deleted or archived under normal practice. Because this marketing site does not host user accounts, there is no “delete my account” control on the website itself.
Children
This site and our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
Changes
We may update this policy as the company, hosting, or products change. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes for an active app will also be reflected on that app’s privacy page.
