App terms

Effective September 3, 2026. These terms cover the Fade 0.1.0 mobile app from Eric Scott AI LLC.

The product you are using

Fade 0.1.0 is a camera-first food log. You can snap a plate, pick a photo, or run a demo scan. The scan is a labelled demo estimate that you edit before logging. It is not live food recognition and it does not match USDA. Train, Ideas, and Progress are coming soon.

Your logs

Meals, goals, and photos stay on this device. You are responsible for the numbers you save. Fade is not medical, dietary, or professional advice. Check labels and talk to a qualified professional about health decisions.

Fade Premium

Optional Fade Premium is $19.99 USD per month (price may vary by storefront), product id com.ericscottai.fade.premium.monthly. It is an auto-renewable subscription billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Restore Purchases is in the app. Eric Scott AI LLC does not take card numbers in the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. The Fade name and mark belong to Eric Scott AI LLC. Do not copy, resell, or present the demo estimate as live AI.
